e at Green Coco Europe GmbH try and make a positive difference to the communities from which we trade coconuts.

Where possible, we source coconuts from organic farmers’ cooperatives. Our preferred model is to either set up or invest in a local cooperative (and an associated education charity), to which we supply both training and the patented Dr Martins’ extraction technology. Our aim is to one-day make products from all parts of the coconut (the water, flesh and husk) in order to maximise revenues to growers and support their efforts to educate their children.
