oconut water is an incredibly fragile liquid that is very difficult to keep fresh once outside the nut because it oxidises readily. Previous efforts to keep the juice fresh after extraction have been less than ideal, because they rely on either artificial preservatives or high temperature heat treatments like pasteurisation, both of which compromise the clean taste and amazing nutritious value of coconut juice. This is why this valuable juice has so rarely been available outside the tropics in its natural state – until now, that is.

ll we do is pass the juice through a filter with microscopic pores, before it is cold-asceptically packaged in airtight cartons.
